The Importance of Literature

I could not find a better way to state this, so I decided to share it as it was written. As teachers, we must celebrate reading, model good reading habits and strategies, and most of all, read aloud daily. Students must be motivated to read and for many, that will not happen automatically...it will happen because a teacher made a difference! Make reading a habit in your classroom!!
