F. Scott Fitzgerald was born on this day, September 24, 1896. He was the author of The Great Gatsby, a beloved favorite and classic! One of my favorite quotes of his regarding literature: "That is part of the beauty of all literature. You discover that your longings are universal longings, that you're not lonely and isolated from anyone. You belong."
