On December 28, ILA posted the 6th most read post in Literacy Daily from the Top 11 for 2016.
This was exciting because I co-authored this article with Drs. Vickie Johnston and Cynthia Martelli from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Our article discussed the importance of disciplinary literacy and the value of making connections. We examined the various ways students need to read:
like a historian
like a mathematician
like a scientist
like a book critic
