This is a tribute to two sweet sisters who touched so many lives! Due to a tragic house fire, on Sunday, January 1, Abreanna & Maliyah were unable to be saved and died. On Wednesday, January 4, the city of Martin held a candlelight vigil, of which I attended. Many people attended and it was a beautiful service. It made me proud to be a member of this fine and caring community!
I had the pleasure of knowing Abreanna & Maliyah because I had the opportunity to work with them in the after school program at the Martin Housing Authority.
